Terms of Use
Last updated: May 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Ofemy Focus Chrome extension and the
focus.ofemy.com website (together, "the Service").
The Service
Ofemy Focus is a free Chrome extension provided as-is. It runs locally in your browser and stores its configuration on your device. We do not operate any server that the extension communicates with.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer the extension to circumvent its safety mechanisms in ways that harm other users.
- Distribute modified versions of the extension misrepresented as the original.
- Use the Service to break the law in your jurisdiction.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ofemy or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Chrome Web Store release notes and reflected in the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
